New Moon In Aries Meditation: March 21

  6. Visualize a person, place, or object that is connected to the new start and that invokes positive feelings.
  7. Each inhale signifies a new beginning, and each exhale signifies an ending. As we continue inhaling and exhaling our beginnings and endings, our desired intentions will firmly embed in our hearts and minds.
